Russell Thornton is an independent travel advisor affiliated with Cruise Brothers. This page describes how your information is handled when you contact us.
When you call +1 (850) 972-2899, we may collect your name, phone number, email address, and the travel preferences you share with us. We use this information only to provide cruise quotes, booking links, and follow-up related to your inquiry.
Your mobile number is used solely to send the text messages you agreed to receive. Mobile numbers are never shared with third parties or affiliates for marketing purposes.
When you agree during your phone call, we may send text messages to your mobile number containing cruise quotes with pricing, tap-to-book links, our booking-site link, and follow-up information about your inquiry.
During your call, our booking assistant asks for your explicit approval before any text is sent — for example: ‘Can I have your approval to send you a text with the quote and booking link?’ We only send texts when you say yes. Calls may be recorded.
Varies with your inquiry — typically 1 to 3 messages per request.
Message and data rates may apply according to your mobile plan.
